Tasty Impulses

Been a few days since I’ve posted. Life gets a little crazy, ya know
I’ve been working with a canine-reactive dog with a co-worker of mine. For the past two weeks. I have to admit, I honestly don’t think I could have done it without her. She’s the dog whisperer 2.0. After I got bit on the second walk I was still feeling confident about myself and the dog, it’s the family that really matters when training. Consistency and support. I can work with dogs no problem, but dealing with the human side of it is a little more challenging. Dogs don’t judge or question your motives or logic. Not that these people do. I just get so self conscious. Having my co-worker there really gives a boost to the confidence, especially since she’s been working with reactive dogs for years. So, walk number four commences today in the afternoon. I’m going in with as much optimism as I can muster and begin making this dog a happier pup.
My Pender vacation is coming up pretty quick. One week! I can’t wait but I suppose I will have to. I want to go out right now and buy all the things we need for our mini holiday. We’re crossing our fingers for sunshine but this is BC we’re talking about. Rain City. If it’s going to pour the whole time we’re there I’m gonna be a sad ginger.
I shouldn’t go grocery shopping with friends. Corey reins my need for impulse purchases. I ended up buying this while out grabbing groceries with Teresa. I tried to convince the BF to buy this last time but this time I had no one to hold me back and I bought it, woops.

This shit is delicious though. No regrets.
